Sales of new private homes holding up in August
The sales for private homes remained strong in August 2019, with developers selling more than 1000 units in the primary market.
Recently launched in August, Parc Clematis achieved sales of 316 units. This makes it the project which sold the most units in August.
Other projects which launched earlier also managed commendable sales.
The Florence Residences sold 122 units, Treasure at Tampines garnered sales of 93 units, Parc Botannia managed to sell 60 units, and 47 units were sold at Parc Esta. In the same month, the executive condo of Piermont Grand recorded sales of 44 units.
Analysts expect the sales of new homes to increase from September and remain strong till the end of the year.
New Condo Launches at District 11 for the months of September and October would include Pullman Residences and Neu At Novena.
