The Developers of Neu At Novena, a District 11 freehold condo, are Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited, Macly Group and LWH Development Pte Ltd.
RH Novena Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary formed by the 3 developers, will be in charge of the development of Neu At Novena.
An established property developer and hospitality group, Roxy-Pacific was incorporated in May 1967. Its principal activities are the development of both residential and commercial properties, and the management of hotels and retail shops.
Roxy-Pacific owns the eponymous Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel in Katong, which is managed by the Group under a franchise agreement with Accor Group, an international augmented-hospitality group. It also owns 52 retail shops in Roxy Square Shopping Centre, which is connected to Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel, for property investment.
Residential projects developed by Roxy-Pacific include Eon Shenton, Harbour View Gardens, Liv On Wilkie and Straits Mansions, which is located in Katong.
Since launching Arena Residences in Nov 2018 to a great take-up rate, the prolific developer has been busy launching projects up till now. Arena Residences is a Geylang project near Mountbatten MRT and less than 1km from the distinguished Kong Hwa School.
At the start of the year 2019, Roxy-Pacific launched RV Altitude, a new District 9 freehold condo at River Valley near to the upcoming Great World MRT and within 1km of the famous River Valley Primary School.
