Dunearn Gardens Sold For S$468 million In Latest En-bloc Deal
EL Development, a Singapore-based developer, has purchased the 114-unit development of Dunearn Gardens for $468 million in an en bloc sale.
Situated near Newton MRT station, the former Dunearn Gardens has a site area of 95,442 sq ft. The plot ratio of the District 11 site is 2.8 under the 2019 URA Master Plan.
The land rate of the en bloc sale is $1841psf ppr, after taking into account 10% bonus balcony area, and the addition of $43.6 million development charge to the en bloc purchase price.
The new condominium will be named Pullman Residences.
