27 Moulmein Rise sold to Roxy-Pacific Holdings associated company
RH Novena Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary company of Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited, has purchased 2 adjoining pieces of land at 27 Moulmein Rise from 27MR at the price of $106 million.
Zoned under residential use, the total site area of the 2 pieces of land is 22,198 square feet.
Part of the amalgamated land lies the site of the former Grand Tower, which has a site area of 21,742 square feet.
The land purchased by Roxy-Pacific is situated close to Novena MRT, a multitude of retail shops and F&B outlets, and the popular primary school of SJI Junior.
Health City Novena is expected to drive occupier and investor demand for the upcoming project at the site, named Neu At Novena.
